Step 2

Taking notes during intake and learning about your therapy needs and goals

Intake Session

Duration: 80 Minutes

Pricing: $275/Individual

$350/Family

Deep dive into your background and current stressors. I prep in advance with specific questions based on your situation to be able to focus on the most important areas to maximize our time. This is meant to be thorough and comprehensive where we build rapport together and start forming therapy goals you’re wanting to work on most.

During a regular session we are collaborating and working towards your therapy goals

Therapy Session

Duration: 50 Minutes

Pricing: $200/Individual

$250/Family

This time is all about YOU! We can discuss your stressors and how to cope or problem solve, process life events or emotions, or work on your goals. I’ll help guide you and give you options and tools to grow, and check-in and get feedback to best support you in your therapy journey.
